Happy end of the work week, and Friday to the FatSecret community! Searching for my weight low again here. My wife is off early, and we are doing a Dine and Concert, at the Greek Theatre for Jason Bonham's Zep Experience. Kind of reminds me of being there, and seeing Garry Shandling standing by himself, waiting for the next act to come on. They promote the neighborhood restaurants by having Dine and Concert packages. Everyone have a great day, and weekend!

Thanks Suzy, Brisket, and Knuckles! It was a very fun evening. Suzy, I was thinking the whole concert, that I had wished you were there. I know what a Zep fan you are. Jason narrated the entire show about his dad. I wish I could share my memories of his dad's performances, with him. Jason plays with sticks as well as his father, but know one played with bare hands like John Bonham.

Suzy, he does his solo Moby Dick, with a video of his dad doing it, and he plays right in sync with every move. It's amazing. But then John puts his sticks down and plays with his bare hands. He doesn't show that. I remember a date I took to a Zep concert, and she said,"That is fake isn't it? He isn't really doing that, is he?" She couldn't believe he was playing his drums with his hands.
