im amazed at how easy its comin off good mornin everyone..i was readin on a journal this morning an have a website to pass along..i havent read it all yet but plan to today..it was on fred4wins journal.. keto as for me..its learning just how much to eat and be satisfied and not hungry..im just amazed at how easy the pounds are falling off..no exercise to speak of.. did ride the rider lawn mower yesterday for an hour but other then that..no excessive exercise... had planned on moving some stuff outside today..but weather.com is showing rain movin in again today..our rain is about a month behind..usually its all comin in april..before the grass is growing like it does in may..well gonna end this..happy friday to all..hope you have a great one..
