First goal! Was hoping to hit it before turkey day, and boy did I cut it close lol. Thrilled! And looks like things are finally starting to look up :-) a few weeks ago I had lost my food stamps because they said I didn't turn in my paperwork (I did but of course they were doing a system over haul and nothing I could do to prove it), didn't receive child support, and was a little over drawn because of the boys birthdays and slight miss calculation on my budget which was frustrating because I hadn't done that in almost a year. Add to that the move and I just felt like my world was crumbling and I had no way to stop it. I had 60 bux in food stamps to last the month, and absolutely no money to buy other food. All this started about the first of the month. And then I woke up this morning :-). I was finally pre approved for food stamps, so I was able to buy some food to have some sort of holiday dinner tomorrow for me and my boys, I checked my bank account and I had finally recieved child support yesterday and today, and then I checked my comcast account to see when my bill was due, to find that somehow a 118 credit was placed on ny account and not really sure why, but figured with the month I had, I wouldn't complain. (going to check it every few days to see if it's a glitch). And also Noah's school called and said they had more turkey day meals and needed some mode people to accept them so they didn't go to waste, so I was also helped that way too. I was also taken out to lunch to a pretty nice restarurant by a co worker, so that was a nice treat. :-) been wonderful to have a bit of nice luck for a change :-) and now I can breath finacially a little too :-D I hope every one has a wonderful thanksgiving! Having my family one on satrday so hopefully tomorrow will be a nice peaceful one!
