Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! Have a blessed holiday and make wise food choices...

For our thanksgiving feast I am making a turkey, a venison roast with carrot, celery, onion and cauliflower... We're also having green beans with yellow squash and sauteed onions, homemade low-carb coleslaw, loaded vegetable cream soup, brocolli quiche...and for the guys cresent rolls and mashed potatoes. Dessert includes my famous low carb pumpkin spice cheesecake with almond flour crust and my own creation of a low carb sugar cream pie with whipped cream. My meal will be 100% Atkins-friendly!

An update - I sprained my ankle two weeks ago so I haven't been able to hike/walk as much lately and the stress on my body slowed my WL down a bit. But praise God I just lost another two pounds! Yesss!!!

Blessings to everybody....

Oh, Evelyn...your feast surely does sound like a feast and one to be enjoyed by your guests. The continued weight loss is fantastic and you are right, praise God. Sorry to hear about your ankle but as you know, it will heal and you will be out walking again soon. Special hugs:)
