Yoyo again. Will I ever hit the infamous 155. Got to keep trying.
But I really haven't been sticking to the program. I know it's my own fault. DEPRESSING
158.6 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
