the longer I sleep the more weight I lose.
I think it's water.
so this morning I had to drink 6oz of water to keep my weight over 150Lb (balance beam Doctors type scale) and I'd have to keep moving the lower larger weight up or down if I Hover between 149 & 150Lb.
(12.5% body fat again)

I'm working on gaining more muscle, a little more weight, without expanding my waist. :)
In the past I always tended to gain fat there when I lift heavy, (For me).
