Good morning and happy Monday FS!

Short week for me but long hours through Wednesday. I am so excited! For many reasons but while going through my weight history last night I realized that my weight is lower than the last time I was on FS! Pretty good since I gained most of it back. I didn't make it to my goal weight last time as I got discouraged stopped showing up at FS and put my blinders on but I am full of fire and determination to do it this time! And I'm taking you with me Buddies! LOL! I am down a tiny tad, recorded it and plan to weigh in Thanksgiving morning to see where I am at then weigh in on Saturday or Sunday... I think. That may be the best plan to set myself up for success ... At least mentally. ;-)

Congratulations! That is awesome! Looks like you are going all the way this time. We plan to go there right along with you =) Great plan for the week. Keep the determination there and you'll do great.

Thank you Sharon, Queen and M! I started with SB...I'm not too sure now but perhaps. ;-) The only grain allow myself is oatmeal since I have a passion for bread. It would be too tempting for me. ;-) I try to eat one or two fruits a day, fresh veggies or steamed veggies and protein. I'm not much into fish so I eat pork, chicken and beef. I have tried to stay away from processed foods. I do allow myself some cheese but that is another weekness. It is best if I grate it that way it keeps my portions in check. Water, green tea and of course my java! I'm fortunate I have never been a sweet eater but I also allow myself sugar free jello with sugar free cool whip. Oh, I also eat nuts! It is my salty treat. For exercise, I walk, do the elliptical, stretch ... When warm I do aerobics in the pool. I have been slacking when it comes to my wii. Feel free to take any idea you want Queen! I hope it can help! I'm determined to make it! You all can join me for the ride ... Bound to turn into a roller coaster sooner or later! ;-) I appreciate your sport! Hope you had a great day!!!

glad to see you more focused this time around...that helps in stayin on track an seein the light at the end of the journey...a journey that you learn alot about yourslf an the food you eat...and that exercise is an important part of staying fit as well...i find that weighing in every morning after i visit potty room is a great way of staying focused an on track each day...i like to know where my weight is at the start of my day...enjoy your tuesday...lol
