The change in weight today is because I've decided to switch from the Wii Fit scale to my regular scale for tracking weight check-ins on the site. The fit doesn't give me to the tenth of a pound when giving my overall weight. It only gives me to that level of detail in comparing to my previous weight.
254.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 106.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
