Really wishing I could find the energy to work out. The Leukemia / Anemia / Menopause is kicking my butt! Hoping to get back in the gym before they start my treatments in a few weeks. There is no telling how I will react and feel once those start.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Have you given any thought to Tai Chi? There are different forms and there is also one sitting down for those that can not stand for very long like me. I have been doing Qi Jong (a form of Tai Chi) for a couple of weeks now and I have so much more energy and my chronic pain seems to be a little less without pain medication. You can find all kinds of videos on youtube if you are interested.

Sammiegirlsmom ~ You are in my prayers! I have no excuses, but like you I need to exercise more too. Lately being outdoors is truly a breath of fresh air. I suppose the extra oxygen to my brain and sunshine helps. I hope you find loving support and a program that you enjoy doing.
