Another shitty week. Eating terribly and it's way too cold out to be too physical. Still walking to work and back but that's about all I have been doing. I am so bad at drinking my water on weekends too. I think that makes such a difference.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
