Been backsliding lately, I can't even remember the last time I worked out! After I came back from my sister's wedding in Canada my life went from crazy to crazier! I started my fall classes, started working 8 am to 6 pm (I had been working 8 to 4), and then my MIL had knee surgery which means I'm now the woman of the house. I feel like I'm slowly losing my mind, I've never been so stressed in my life! Every day is a battle between what needs to be done and not having the time or energy to do it all! Thank goodness my man is so helpful and is understanding of how much pressure I'm under. Let's hope my head doesn't explode before Thanksgiving!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
