I've lost 4 pounds in the last 5 days. I lost .4 ounces from yesterday to today and i don't even know why. I ate 9 pieces of sushi last night, 3 which had breading, and 2 oatmeal raisin cookies and a sweetened coffee and still show a loss on the scale. Guess I'm kinda doing my own version of a low carb spike diet. Weekends always seem to be higher in carbs and calories. Whatever I'm doing is currently working so I'm not going to over think it.
