I'm back into "overweight", but I'll be "normal" again soon. Back on track.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 November 2011:
1440 kcal Fat: 46.80g | Prot: 36.57g | Carb: 225.05g.   Breakfast: cooked carrots, tomato, nature's own, avocado, spinach, spicy mustard great value, olive oil, kraft vidalia onion, agave. Dinner: Fruit Fizz Concord Grape Blast, Sweet Potato Drop Biscuits, bestlife, zatarain's jambalaya, soyrizo. Snacks/Other: pillsbury strawberry frosting, la choy duck sauce, great value applesauce, Oatmeal Ice Cream, Cranberry Swirl, Dill Pickles, thai sweet chili sauce mae ploy, van oriental food vegetable egg rolls. more...

I do not believe in "normal"! I focus on abnormal, myself, it's more fun, lol. Keep up the good work, and you'll be where you want to be in no time at all!!! :-)

BMI is not very accurate, but you will get back into normal in a heartbeat. You can do it!
