Del Mar for a week. I completely lost the momentum and became lax. Now I have to really concentrate to record every bite. Thanks to wonderful friends here I am facing this reality once again.
209.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 November 2011:
1378 kcal Fat: 88.91g | Prot: 109.84g | Carb: 43.77g.   Breakfast: Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, baking powder, Real eggs (white) Kirkland, olive oil, Truvia, avocado, Real Egg Product, light butter Balade, Sugar Free Rasberry Jam with fiber, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Mascarpone Cheese, Italian dry salame 45% less sodium Combus, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, cinnamon, baking powder, Real eggs (white) Kirkland, Truvia, pumpkin Libby's 100%, cabbage, olive oil. Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other: water, water, Jell o gelatin, whipped cream Land o lakes, Jarlsberg Lite Swiss Cheese. more...

Oh let's see... Del Mar for a week... 3 lb uptake... Del Mar for a week... 3 lb uptake ??? I just might join you on your next vacation!!! :) YOU can do this Gigi! No worries... just forward motion!

You've been successful in dropping over 14 pounds, so you know what you need to do. Tap back into that success! How are your legs doing, BTW???

Sandy, they really hurt today. Some days are better than others, today :( BUT I went to Costco and Safeway with hubby and stocked up on groceries we needed, mostly fresh veggies and Libby's pumpkin. I am recording EVERY BITE. Thank you for asking :)

Gigi, you can do this. You had a great vacation, now it's time to get back on track, and you will; I have faith in you. You are already doing it by making that trip to Costco, and getting the fresh foods, so essential to this lifestyle. Writing down what you are eating is also a great way to keep on keepin' on; on the road to success. Stay Blessed Gigi, stay Blessed.
