Happy Monday to our FatSecret community. Beautiful weather, and it's time to pay bills. I have many desert plants to put in the yard. I need to water, clean house a bit. Contemplating whether to push the knee a bit. It still has slight pain. Diet, which is correctly named, is on Cruise Control. Have a great day, and week!

Why not try resting the knee and working the upper body if you have pain? Weight lifting is always a good way to do that :) The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, right? Try not to hurt that knee anymore than it is, pain is the body's warning system to take it easy.

Nice article, thanks for posting! We had beautiful weather yesterday, but today is dreary and depressing, so I think we'll be staying inside. Hope your knee starts feeling better soon!
