Good news/bad news. Good news lost a little (less than a pound)and it's the first time in a long time that my scale didn't say I was obese - just overweight! Bad news, it's my birthday and I had wanted to be 137 by today and fell short by 1.8 lbs. Oh well, onward and downward! Don't they say "slow and steady wins the race?"
138.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
