I can easily walk between 5000 and 6000 steps getting to 10,000 is proving a challenge.
I will be back at it today. I have good runners, I have a pedometer, I have a proper jacket to brave the elements so I have no reason to not meet the goal of 10,000 steps other than not getting off my butt and doing it
Hopefully I will be sucessful today!
243.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
