Down a tiny bit, better than gaining or not losing at all.

Under the circumstances is not a bad thing! I can handle staying the same a whole lot better than a gain.

I know I haven't had the best variety of foods lately but I figure successfully eating something is better than nothing. Also I am not eating the foods that are not allowed so I count that as a win. I basically have PMS symptoms all month long so I let myself indulge on the occasional carb friendly treat...like SF chocolates or ice-cream or soda I just know the consequences when I do and don't get mad about the outcome.
