Wow, I am so tired today. I think if I am going to do Insanity it needs to be mid morning/afternoon.
I just don't have the energy in the mornings.
I would like to do something before I eat breakfast because I think that is what started my weight lose in the first place.
Hope everyone had a great weekend!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Hey Sarah, I agree about exercise before breakfast, but maybe it could be something a little lighter than Insanity?? LOL

how do you like insanity? I've been so curious about it, but scared to get it lol, it looks sooo intense!!

Yeah I agree with Helewis. Maybe do some light exercise in the morning and then around afternoon do Insanity once you have some nutrition in you.

Insanity is hard b/c it is a lot of cardio. I don't really care for cardio when it makes me feel like I am going to die! Lol. But I have never done it all the way through and I would like to try. I think anyone could do insanity you just have to remember your fitness level. I know I could not do all of it all the way through the way I would like to BUT I am going to try and just do what I can without killing myslef. Pushing myself a little will slowley get me results but not hurt me in the end. It's not my favorite thing to do but it will be worth it in the end I am sure.

Little info: Insanity- high cardio and avarage of 45 min a day, P90X little of cario and mostly strength training avarage of 90 min a day, chalean ( I have read ) is a womens version of the other but is a avarage of 30 min a day. I am thinking about getting it and trying that first and if I get through it try Insanity after. Until I decide I will continue to do Insanity
