Yesterday went well. I did have brisket last night which isn't the best diet choice. However, I was able to limit myself. I didn't expect to see big results this morning since I had the brisket last night. I went walking in the afternoon. The plan for today is to lift weights this morning and doing some cardio tonight. I have a residency interview on Friday, so I need to work hard these next 4 days to make sure I can still fit in my interview suit. Today is going to be a good day!!
