Down just a tiny bit, but that's all to the good. BMI now 25.7. Every little step counts towards the goal. I've just a short way to go.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 158.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah... Well done Last time i Weighed, mine was 25.14. So we are both chasing 24 something :-). I am hoping I will reach it when I weigh in tomorrow.

A very little bit of weight loss is something to be happy about. As you get closer to your ideal weight, each little bit takes a long time.

It does take longer, true. People tell me that I look a lot slimmer. That's hard for me to see.
