going up and down but same in inches but ate something the other day that caused a serious allergic reaction so probably inflammatory... I've been more active so increased pain and not regular digestion... I know tmi lol hanging in there though because as long as I eat Primal I feel better!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
