I played tennis on SAT, and drank a ton of water throughout the day and yesterday too. Also I didn't follow the diet that well and fell a bit here and there, but overall I held good.
On FRI I had a very salty steak for dinner and that (water retention) paired with the water intake might explain the slight gain.
Not happy, but I'll keep at it and hopefully next MON I'll see better results.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
