Not entirely sure what is going on this week: weight has been the same +/- ½ pound for the last five days even though I continue to eat right and work out. I have been feeling a bit under the weather which may have something to do with it.

245.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
