Week Fourteen of 2016


Plan for 2016
- Smaller goals, starting with 1/2 a pound per month minimum. To Be Seen
- No less than 2 hours a week for working out. Goal Hit!
- Veggies with every dinner. Goal Hit!
- No more than one alcoholic drink (mixed drink or hard cider) per week (may be altered for holidays, can save up the weekly drinks to have multiple at an event). Goal Hit!


Finally!!!

My weight hasn't been this low since before the new year, and man is it a relief! Now to keep that progress rolling.

174.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
