Still maintaining my weight though I haven't been keeping up with my food diary. It's time to start recording my food diary again and soon I'll start exercising again too :-)
162.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
