Not weighing in yet. I don't want to know yet what are the effects of my choices this past week. So far, I haven't exercised this week but I'm hoping to squeeze some in today around 1400 or so. I'm tired, stayed up all night after catching up on sleep until 2030 last night. I thought it would be sufficient to keep me going all day today but it turns out that I could sleep some more. lol I've been doing housework along with work work. On these days when work is slow, I ought to be working on my novel, not just dreaming of having the time to write. It's just the idea of "squeezing in" some writing feels unappealing, esp. with all the interruptions that occur throughout the day. But I'll try anyway. What could it hurt? Better s##tty writing than no writing, eh?
96.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
