Last night (Monday):
8pm began IF.
9pm lights out, listened to audio book.
9:45pm drifted off.
1am - woke. toilet.
Slept well, for me:-)
5am Tuesday woke w/o alarm & then dozed.
6:15 got up, still before alarm.
7am - coffee, cream 10ml, coconut oil 15ml
8am - got to work on time!
9am - coffee, cream 10ml, adapt coffee shot
noon - salami, cream cheese, dill pickle
2pm - salad w/bacon
3pm - coffee, 15ml cream
4:30pm - work day is almost over. I would rather have waited until 2pm to eat lunch, but couldn't or didn't. I feel fine right now, not hungry.

311.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
