Finally, the scale budged a bit. Which of course makes me excited to come on here and record it. Was having the worst time wanting to skip entering weight, food or exercise here, just because my stagnation made me feel bad... but anyway, a tiny bit of motivation today... so here I am!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
