Still want to lose more weight, this 1 lb a week is tough to handle. I suppose its good I am losing. I can feel my body changing, and soreness. I guess I gotta keep on, and perhaps step up the intensity.
264.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 79.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
