Morning exercise: Insanity fit test 25 minutes

The scale is going up again and I am not suprised. I am going to get myself back into exercising at least five days a week.
I know I am not up to the levels I was before and am exhausted must of the time but if I let that get to me I will be back to my old weight before I know it.
Going to try Insanity again and try to finish it this time.
This is a big jump from working out 30 minutes here and there and not putting much effort into it but I need to do something and I feel lost at the moment when it comes to exercise.
Not sure why since I have been a pretty good job of it the last 20month but lately I feel like I don't know what I am doing.
Going to fight through being tired and just do it while also rememebring that I am still not feeling 100% and take it slow.
Might try logging my food or at least my snacks, breakfast, and lunch. Dinner is always hard because when cooking it is hard to log everything just right.
Feeling a little sick still from a cold and ear infection but I feel better knowing I worked out.
The doctor scheduled me an appountment with a surgeon for the lump on my arm on the 17th. He decided to skip the mri and go straight to the surgeon. Not for sure why but I probably would have ended up there ayways so better to save the money to just end up at the same place in the end. Going to try to get them to look at the carple tunnel and fix that as well at the same time since it is the same arm. If my arm is going to be out of use I might as well get it all done at once.
Hope everyone is having a great day so far? It is raining and I am loving it. Now time for breakfast!

Wow, Sarah. skipped the MRI? what do they think it is? What are they going to do in the appointment? Don't worry about the exercise. You'll be back on track in no time. hugs!!

Thanks Jen, the doctor thinks it is what is called a fatty lipoma. Should not be anything serious. What I find funny is my body doesn't think I have enough fat that it has to create lumps of it in random places!! Trust me I have enough to go around...no need in making pockets of it, lol. I will keep you updated.
