I guess I really do need to get back on the wagon with the juice.... darn that man for buying so much REAL food...
Been doing well, except for recording my food. It just got old. I will get back on the horse, but probably not this week. Too much work to do!!
Well I was QUITE pleased this morning, waking up 2 lbs lighter, despite two bowls of our semi-vegetarian, whole wheat, spaghetti dinner! With the daylight savings change this weekend, I guess I was tricked with such an early sunset, so I ate the last bowl around 6:30, had a half a pickle around 9 or 9:30, then went to bed, not starving, at about 11pm. That set the tone for today, with a minor internet setback around 8-didn't wanna work! Obviously, that's been remedied, so now, off to the WFH grindstone... GROAN. Nah, I'm not that "groany," but truly... this is not what I wanna do for my entire adult life. Just never really found my passion. This pays the bills, so I'm ok for now. At least I have my dropping weight, my loving hub, and 2 beautiful girls, right? Oh, the unconditional puppy licky-love helps lighten any mood, too.... Happy Monday Peeps!
