Intermittent fasting!!
That's my new secret weapon. I had been eating lc, and getting a good amount of protein in each day, somewhere around 80g. Been bouncing up and down a LOT. I've been reading Dr. Jason Fung's info on fasting. He says the key to weight loss is keeping your insulin low. I thought I was doing that when I was lc, but he said even protein can raise insulin. So, one day I thought I'd wait as long as I could to eat. I'm up at 5:30, and I made it until 1pm. I ate my lunch then, and then had dinner between 4-5. Since I started this about a week ago, I have had a consistent loss of about 1/2 lb almost every day!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 95.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 April 2016:
1021 kcal Fat: 87.87g | Prot: 46.68g | Carb: 9.18g.   Lunch: Cheddar Cheese, skinny chocolate, Baked or Broiled Salmon. Dinner: Butter, Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese Spread, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh). Snacks/Other: Egg, Daisy Sour Cream, Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese. more...

What is lc. Low carb? That's what I been trying to do. Thats interesting about protein raising insulin. I never heard about that before. But that's great this is working for you

That's good to hear! I started drinking bulletproof coffee in the morning and haven't been hungry for breakfast until later on. Today I had 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs. That's a little low in protein but I'm trying to keep the fat higher.
