Well, I have been feeling all your warm love, and compassion. Thanks so much for all of your thoughts. The way I look at it now, is I have two problems, or challenges, that probably are of equal worry to me, my knee, and my cancer. I am very happy with my knee's progress of late. My diet here has really made a difference, and I do believe both problems can be resolved here. It will take some will power, again. All of you have a great Wednesday, and week! Love you! Warren

I think my Tips today are so very relevant. We need to fight sugar, and enjoy fruit. Eat the least sugar laden fruit, with the most fiber. Here are how they are ranked by sugar content. The least sugar laden fruit is; 1) Cranberries 2)Raspberries 3)Blackberries 4)Strawberries 5)Watermelon 6)Cantaloupe 7)Nectarines 8)Peaches 9)Apples 10)Pears 11)Honeydew Melon 12)Oranges 13)Blueberries 14)Grapes 15)Apricots 16)Grapefruit 17) Kiwi 18)Pineapple 19)Plums 20)Cherries 21)Bananas 22)Tangerines 23)Mangos 24)Pomegranate Seeds 25)Figs....... But remember its the fruit, NOT the juice! Fiber is important too!

Thanks warren, I'm adding grapefruit to my grocery list - I love them and not oranges as much. Good reminder on the vit c, I'm still waiting for this achillies to heal and vit c could help.
