Hello Aunty F. has it really been 4 weeks already?
155.9 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1463 kcal Fat: 55.53g | Prot: 40.62g | Carb: 196.33g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Reduced Calorie Pancake Syrup, Easy Swedish Pancakes, Coffee, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Sugar in the Raw Turbinado Sugar. Lunch: Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, Country Pasta Homemade Style Egg Pasta, Hershey's Milk Chocolate Kisses, Wonderful Roasted & Salted Pistachios in Shells. Dinner: Unsalted Butter Stick, Broccoli, Trader Joe's Mushroom Risotto. Snacks/Other: Red Table Wine, Ginger Ale. more...

Blah! Send her away! I think it is completely unfair that us women have to have a visitor every single stinkin month. Aunty F, Uncle T.O.M., however you wanna say it. I don't even like that part of my family and I don't understand why I have to endure a family get-together with them every single month! Grrrr!
