.2 lbs increase is a small price to pay for indulging on the chips and dip yesterday (even if I still stayed considerably under my RDI), and since it was worth it (and not something I do often), I have no regrets! ;D

Currently feeling: Like I ought to do my papers rather than go to the gym...but I know I'll be angry at the scale if I skip today, and won't feel nearly as good during the rest of the week if I don't get to go the STEAM ROOM after kickboxing, since its the only time I really feel relaxed...although I know I could possibly alleviate more stress and get some weight off of my shoulders by finishing another paper now. Decisions...decisions... =/
Overall throught the day: Glad I went to the gym, especially since my sister accompanied me and we had some fun during kickboxing. I had a pep-talk with her beforehand to get her butt moving with homework and HER paper. Now the pressure from my own is moving in on me...

If you stayed under you RDI then you didn't gain fat weight. .2 lbs can be anything, most likely water retention because of the salty chips. I'm glad you made the decision to enjoy it. Why shouldn't we be allowed to do this? It's all about counting it in the budget, and do right. You did great by staying below RDI.
