Actually, think of it as a treat. I started weight watchers three weeks ago. When I am under my daily points at the end of the day/night, I am allowing myself a fun sized candy bar. It is a treat for me. We are not supposed to deprive ourselves... and chocolate is good for you :-) We just don't want to over do it. AND before I reach for the treat, I am asking myself if I am really hungry? Or do I just want it because it is there. If I am not hungry... surprisingly I decide that I really don't want a treat.
