Chicken sandwich for dinner. heated in toaster oven. Several Saltines.

Sleep 3am-6:15am (Not enough)

5k jog/walk @ 42:00
195.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
