Yesterday I thought I did well. Had a breakfast burrito from Chick fil a. Then lunch with BB and had the turkey sliders salad bar and fries. I think the fries was a bad idea.

Then after court I got a large diet lemonade from chick fil a.

I got home and walked the dogs, walked an extra 35 minutes on the treadmill. I went to buy JB and DB an anniversary cake and bought myself a bottle of Bolthouse Vanilla Chai and drank half of it (mistake 1), then when Chris and I got home around 9PM I had hummus and multigrain Tostitos scoops (mistakes 2 and 3).

It's no wonder why I gained a pound. I'm so disheartened.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
