hey triaby i take an evervescent vitamin c and zinc every day and have done since i was poorly with the dizziness my family all have throat viruses at the moment and i appear to not have picked them up could be just a co-incidence but i rate them i just by asda's own brand and take it every morning with my breakfast :-)

Oh no - that is not good. Hope you can fight it off. Guess the up side is that there are not too many calories in hot chicken soup.
