I had the carbiest Thursday- Sunday that included everything from hibiscus margaritas,Raising Canes,Cinnabon, coconut ice cream on a red velvet waffle cone, and the creamiest mashed potatoes I'd ever made. But Monday morning I was right back at it and my body rewarded me! I love this thing called balance :) Happy Hump day!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Well, thank your lucky stars! I can relate, as I have had a bad two days of big meals.

Sometimes we just need a break but as long as it doesn't turn into a week long, month long, couple month long, then year long break then we're good!
