Still eating close to 200 carbs. Scale weighed in in 147s a few times this morning, but I would rather log this because it is more consistent with the week. I guess sleeping and spreading out my weightlifting and rugby does well for my body! Instead of days consisting of work, lifting, rugby, its sleep and lifting or the next day sleep and rugby.
148.1 lb Lost so far: 195.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
