I miss my morning exercise, but waking up earlier + the winter morning chills are making exercising impossible. After work i'm so tired i just knock out. I really do feel i need to exercise for that extra energy boost.
107.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
