ok I know im only supposed to weigh in once a week BUT i wanted to see how much i had lost since i started again after Christmas. Well last friday i was 203.7 lbs and today I am 202.4 I am happy as I can be right now I lost almost all the weight I put on over Christmas week!! :-)
202.4 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! My boss likes to weigh everyday so we have, it keeps us both motivated in knowing what we are doing or what more we need to do! Also keeps us from eating too much because we know the scale will show it tomorrow morning!

I didn't realize we were only suppose to weigh in once a week. Since I'm doing the wii fit at home it weighs me every day. I like to see the small amounts coming off. Good job on losing the Christmas weight =)

Well if I was going to meetings they only weigh you once a week, so thats what i was going on. If I get to the Wii i put my weight in otherwise I dont. I need to start doing it every day so I do see the little bits coming off and if i see a gain i can adjust what I have to. Also thank you. Now to get under 200lbs only 2.4lbs to get there!!
