Feeling frustrated. Ate more than I should have yesterday, but honestly more than made up for it exercise wise.. but the scale didn't budge... again. Maybe I've hit a plateau. sucky.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I notice mine comes off quickly, then slows down...then repeats every-time I tried to lose. Just hang in there, and the loss will come again. Remember muscle also weighs more than fat.
