Okay, I have decided to stop consuming sugar. I always thought that a little here or there made no difference. I have finally admitted to myself that starting my morning with sugar in my tea leads to seeking out more opportunities for sugar throughout the day. So, yesterday was my first day without adding sugar to tea or eating something made with sugar. This is not to say that I will never eat a cupcake or have a chocolate covered caramel again but I think starting my day without sugar will make it easier to say no to sugary foods later in the day.

Here's hoping....
201.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
