Yeah, its that time of the month, so i gained a little. And like told earlier, yesterday i didnt count my calories because i went to see my daughter and had three meals outside the door. Guess thats responsible for the little gain also. But no worries, there will be a next weigh in next monday.
151.9 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
