where oh where did i fall off the wagon...got amnesia and lost the plot

ive not written anything in here ..ive eaten allsorts and in total put about 4 pounds on

221.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
