wow, every morning i step on the scale after going pee, and most mornings I am totally surprised by the numbers. THis morning my weight is somewhere around 165-166, which is practically unbelievable, since it's been just 2 weeks, and about 10 pounds. If I'd known I could do this, I would certainly have done it earlier. I hope it continues being this easy.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Even 2 pounds a week is amazing but 5? You go girl lol!!! I weigh in after I pee to..also try in the buff (true weight) does wonders.
