I was out of commission for several days with a virus. I still ate well, even ate less, but didn't exercise (except for coughing!). However, when I felt better, I strayed my diet. I ate fast food, chips, white bread, bad carbs, etc. At least nothing sugary. I don't know why I've been so out of touch the past few days, especially yesterday. I should have lost weight while sick but instead I gained weight in a matter of 3 days. I'm back on track starting today.
